What could go wrong with a video card installation on Vista 32bit?
I have a HP m9085n pavilion that came with a Geforce 8400gt that could run most games on medium quality. I recently was convinced to upgrade to a 9500gt and installed it just as the directions stated( i even wore an anti-static bracelet). I installed all the drivers and updates, but I can’t run any games even on low quality. What are some possible solutions?

When buying a video graphics card for gaming you have to understand the core clock and the memory clock. Minimum 500Mhz-1000Mhz. If you set your card on full performance you will not sacrifice quality of the game by much of anything. I have a $150 card running a media center Ati HD 4870 driver. It is great but not awesome; (THQ) URT GP3, Rally Cars (Microsoft).
